Best Buy - Geek Squad Complaint

Virus/Service protection plan - ASUS tower
Had their virus/service coverage for a while - Spring, 2014 bought new ASUS computer, switched coverage to this computer - performed routine scans being informed of "everything clean" etc., but still slow responses, all kinds of unwanted ads - finally had someone else review computer, finding it was full of malware, viruses, and that someone else was remotely using the computer - had everything to do with the coverage and Geek Squad removed from computer and got new, different coverage which works very well - NOW they've hit me up with another annual renewal and I couldn't use them if I wanted to!!! - will only refund about 30% - ANYBODY USING THEM FOR "COMPUTER PROTECTION" WILL GET HOSED!!!!. I won't even go into a Best Buy store anymore for anything. My ASUS computer is wonderful, but it's because I have a different much better virus/service protection plan for about the same price. There are too many other "good" places to go besides Best Buy!!!
