Cell Phone Replacement - Apple iPhone
Very unhappy with my service from Geek Squad. I have insurance on my cellphone and when I accidentally broke it I called to start the process of getting a new phone. First thing I did was stop in to my local Best Buy and talked to them in store and they gave me the Geek Squad number and said to call it and they would set me up with a NEW phone. After 20 minutes on the phone the women said I had to pay so I decided to look things up before I put any money down.After 20 minutes I finally found the fine print saying there was a fee so I called back, talked to a man and worked it all out and awaited my NEW iPhone. A week later I get my package and its in a black box and is very slow while setting it up, fast forward to now barely a week later and now the touch screen isn't working half the time. I called again and as per usual no help from the person on the other line and as I did each call before I asked to talk to a supervisor or someone else and that again was a no go. Now they are sending me another phone and according to him they never send new phones although the first two people I talked to said thats what I would be getting. VERY VERY frustrated and am so unhappy with Geek Squad, hopefully going to try and switch to Apple care.
