Please help - Apple iPad air 32 gb


I purchased a 32gb iPad air from best buy.i also purchased a $200 insurance policy.about a week ago I was in the east Brunswick nj area and I spotted a best buy.my tablet had sustained some damage and I wanted to have them pull up my policy.the man informed me that he could offer me a replacement from the display or he could offer me a refund in the form of a best buy gift card.i informed him that I still had photos I wanted to back up using Dropbox and as soon as I did ...I'd bring it in to a store near my residence.once I finished backing up my files I returned to the nearest store to make my transaction but was told the the people who I saw in east Brunswick would need to assist me because in the system it looked like the refund had actually been given to me.i had to drive 30mins away from home back to the first store and wait an additional 1hr and a half for them to tell me that the first person had no business telling me about a refund because my policy didn't offer refunds,just replacements...now I'm upset,because the same unit is on sell and I would have saved money..I asked them for price adjustment and I was denied!!! I have a long history with best buy,but this is too much to deal with.i do not have an Abundance of cash and I think that I should get price match on my purchase as I've gotten in the past on items that was price protected....everyone at best buy and the geek squad are acting like they don't understand what I'm talking about!!!!
