Bad service

We bought a Samsung 46"TV from Best Buy with a fully paid 4 years warranty. We had a problem in connecting the TV to the internet, laptop and Chromcast via HDMI cable, and that was the reason that we contacted Geek Squad to find a solution. Their technition came to our house on 12/08/2016. He stayed at our home for one and a half hour just talking a lot and asking too personal questions for my husband and he did re-setting for our TV and instead of solving the problem of inability of connection between the TV and internet, laptop and chromcast, which he said there is no way of a connection between them because as he said the TV model is too old, he created another problem of losing the connection between the TV and the Blue Ray. Also he said that Best Buy doesn't sell the best quality TV. We used to connect our TV to our Blue Ray and it was working fine and we enjoyed watching a lot of movies for 4 years and after he came we lost this connection and unable to watch movies anymore. Our Warranty has expired on the end December, 2016. I contacted Geek Squad and they gave me an appointment for the technician to visit us. On the same day of his visit, just an hour ago from his appointment, the technician called us and he was again the same person. He told us that it was not his fault that we lost the connection between the TV and the Blue Ray! He told us also that he will not visit us because he could do nothing for this issue! He said that he will order a new cable board for the TV and he will bring it with him on Monday as he called us on Friday about a month ago. We told him that we will not pay even a penny for any cost of his visit or for any repair as it was his mistake to lose the connection between the TV and the Blue Ray, and he said : you don't have to pay anything, and I will replace the board and if this doesn't work, I will contact Samsung and ask the for a replacement TV and consider your TV with a manufacturer's defect. The phone call was on Friday, more than a month ago and he was supposed to come to our house on Monday. On Monday, we got a phone call from Geek Squad telling us that the technician is not coming because our warranty has been expired and they should give us an authorization for an extended warranty and wait for our call to update you. It has been more than a month and nobody called from Geek Squad. I think they are trying to forget about us even though they didn't solve the original problem and the worst scenario that they are not admitting and even ignoring that the technician created a new problem which Geek Squad in not able to solve. The worst service and experience ever and we are very disappointed with Geek Squad and will never buy again from Best Buy and we will never recommend any family members or friends to buy from Best Buy or use your terrible Geek Squad service. I want a fast action from Geek Squad to solve our issue ASAP so that we will be able to remove this bad review, if you consider our request seriously.
