Best Buy - Geek Squad Complaint

Bad Service with no care about issues they caused - Dell Computer
At first, I was pleased with the service once I took my computer to the store. They made me feel confident they would take care of everything. Then when it was picked up, my husband was informed there was no power cord with it, when I certainly dropped one off with it. He had to travel 20 miles to go back the next day and get it. Now a few days later, I have had a chance to turn on my computer and my wireless adapter was not working and my QuickBooks program is not on it. I called them and they said I would have to reinstall the driver for the adapter. Don't you think it would have been a good idea for someone to tell me that so I can be prepared to do this when hooking it back up? Of course, but apparently they did not. This is what I use for business and is crucial. They failed to tell me that I would have to reinstall the program. How am I supposed to do that, when I don't even know where the disk is or the license number. When I called and talked with them, they acted like it was no big deal and they could not help me.
